I'm getting mapnik tiles now (I wasn't earlier), but still not osmarender or
npe.

http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Tiles/tile.php/11/1015/686.png

doesn't work. Firefox says "The connection has timed out. The server at
dev.openstreetmap.org is taking too long to respond."
