No, Pentium 4  (told you it's not the newest computer) with normal Flash 
plugin, but on Linux, if that matters... The Adobe Flash plugin has 
always been a pain when it comes to performance, since it doesn't use 
any hardware acceleration, where it certainly could use some... Panning 
around is really difficult as well because of it, as you need to be 
very gentle with the mouse since you get a slow response, and I 
generally overshoot the area I want to go to. Using the arrows is 
*much* faster (but it reloads the satellite imagery again every time 
apparently).

Anyway, having the option to not display the pen icon for the mouse icon 
will make it much faster. When I select a way, the mouse becomes the 
normal mouse pointer again, and then it's very fast to move the mouse 
over the editor map. And since I can use the arrows to pan, I don't 
mind if panning around isn't fast on my computer.
