Would you label fresh water treatment differently from waste water
treatment? That is, do you propose two tags?

And would a treatment plant be different from a station of service
such as a supply point for fresh water or a dumping point for
black/grey water (which should also be distinguished from one another)?

For instance, a camper needs to know where fresh water is available as
well as knowing where to dump grey or black water--and these are quite
separate services which are not always provided in close proximity to
one another (a person in the backcountry doesn't need to waste effort
going to the wrong station for a necessary service).
