This was an earlier bug. I hope it's fixed now.

Please try:

1. Clicking on the way
2. Moving a point a little way
3. Moving it back again!
4. Deselecting the way, to force it to be reuploaded

Then look in JOSM again and see if it's fixed.

If not, please let me know the way ID and I'll investigate further.

What would this achieve? Sorry, I'm not doubting you, I'm just not  
sure what the point would be.
