Hmmm, I'd like to split the vote. Although I much prefer the domain-specific
names, there are times when a local name is different from the "official"
one.

For example, I have tagged the place_of_worship: St. John's church, Eltham
with a loc_name: Eltham Church, as that's what it's known as locally, and on
bus timetables etc.

So 
-1 from me on loc_name,

And +1 from me on nat_name, reg_name and int_name
