Definitely parallel like the normal tube map. Ideally in the same order
as the real tube map as well,

I think we need to either make it clear on the Map Features wiki page
weather railway=subway implies tunnel=yes and you therefore need
tunnel=no where it isn't in a tunnel, or if you still need to put
tunnel=yes on underground railways.

I think the latter is likely to be a bit easier to code, and as just
over half of the London underground is actually above ground, it's a bit
less data as well. :-)
