[OSM-talk] Missing way in bounding box API call

Hi all,

There is a missing way named M-40 when I request the bounding box at [1].
The way is a motorway, with ID 3996188, and if I request it by hand with
[2], I get a valid OSM file. The other way of the motorway has ID 3996189
([3]), and it appears correctly in the bounding box.

Is there any problem with this way or its segments/nodes?
