For future use, as noted above, this page (
http://www.ceoblues.com/archives/2007/october/getgpstracks) will tell you
how to enable automatic logging as GPX (with timestamp) to the memory
card... Also says how to copy them off...

It's the only way I get the tracks off my GPSr :)
