[OSM-talk] RFC : route_duration = hh:mm

Just to say: any ideas that are relevant to other sorts [1] of scheduled 
transport would be good too -- I expect we'll find plenty of similarity 
between ferries, trains, busses, metro, etc. and maybe able to use lots of 
the same tags for them
