Hi.  In firefox, I can right-click on the tiles as they are displayed in
informationfreeway.org and click 'view image'.

the URLs end up looking like

http://a.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/2/1/1.png

so your template is

http://a.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/tile/%d/%d/%d.png
