I've saved the tiger object identifiers in OSM tags. So, if we
eventually get two sets of TIGER data and we can find the same object at
two different locations in those two sets, we can potentially do
updates. I'll take some live interaction with the API/database, but it
should be doable.
The first day somebody shows me a set of updated TIGER data is the first
day I start working on it. ;)
