ah ha! Beat me to it :) For geocodr.net:
"v & a" and "victoria & albert" ends up somewhere in america
must be some "&" interference, I'll have a look at it.

"victoria albert" gets it dead spot on, as does "v a museum"

it works spot on for "tower of london" and spot on for "st pauls
cathedral" but also didn't like the apostrophe in "paul's" !
