[OSM-talk] Help needed for converting OSM data to some GIS format

Hi,

I am considering to set up a public WFS service (maybe WMS as well) for
delivering OSM data from Finland. Hardware and software are installed, all
I miss now are data.

Is there anybody out there who could help me in extracting OSM data
covering Finland to some common GIS format which I could use as source
data for Geoserver and UMN Mapserver?  For example separate shapefiles for
points, linear features and areas would be good for me.  I am not too much
interested in hacking around myself but I would prefer paying for somebody
who would like to do the job, or make a donation for OSM or something.
Ideal solution would be a procedure that could be used later for periodic
updates.
