* Make sure the classification is correct (please don't deliberately
enter incorrect data)
* Add restrictions from
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Map_features#Restrictions as
appropriate
* Provide patches / pester people to take into account the
restrictions when rendering / routing

i.e. I don't think any renderer currently considers the case of
highway=primary, motorcar=no, but it appears that we need to!
