The Cambridge one in Silver Street is even more complicated - it has 
restricted hours which are different in each direction. You can go 
outbound (by motor vehicle) only between 4pm and midnight, and inbound 
6am - 10am and neither in the middle of the day!

Its done that way so that commuter traffic direction is allowed. You'd 
certainly want this as routeable.
