So file a bug report explaining where it's slow/clumsy/drawbacky. :)

FWIW the worst slowness atm is a Firefox issue (reported on Windows,  
may exist on other platforms too). It'll be addressed in the next  
release of Potlatch but until then you may want to use Opera/Safari if  
your platform supports them.
