  Jamie mentioned match-movers/camera-trackers as a possibility for
  mapping tunnels, but they certainly should be good for doing quite
  accurate things with buildings.  I'm looking at the free one he
  found at http://www.digilab.uni-hannover.de/docs/manual.html - if I
  ever have some spare time, I'll have a play!
