For what it's worth, I think the is_in tag is mostly useless and a
waste of space since it (a) duplicates the tree structure in every
object (the fact that Firenze is in Italy could be stored ONCE, not
8,000 times!) and (b) informatin therein could regularly be deduced
from the lat/lon anyway.

But don't let that stop you, I'm just saying it to be on the record
;-)
