I didn't even thought about oneway=no to be honest ;-)
BTW: Could someone please, please add the results of this discussion to
the motorway wiki page(s), so we don't have to repeat it in the ml again ...

AFAIR, I read somewhere that you shouldn't do that ;-)
I've usually mapped/tagged such a motorway_link (the one from the photo
is a typical german "Anschlußstelle") as two (or more) small oneway=yes
(where it links to a primary), then a larger "normal" part and then
another two smaller oneway=yes where it actually links to the motorway.
I don't know if this is the "right way" to do this, but I've seen it
similar in other parts of germany ...
