[OSM-talk] JOSM API 0.5 -- bug?

A couple of comments with the 0.5 version of JOSM, which I'm using to 
create stuff from the Winchester weekend:

Firstly, find the segment-free way construction generally easier :-)

Also like the auto-complete of tags in general... however I'm having one 
problem. If I want to create a way e.g "Vernham Road" I have difficulty. 
If I type "V" it comes up with a suggestion like "Vale Road", then "E" 
something beginning with E e.g. "Exeter Road", so I end up with "rnham 
Road". To get round this I need to enter "zVernham Road" then go back and 
delete the original "z". Is there a better way of doing this?

Also, I've just tried creating a new way where nodes 1 and 2 are shared 
with other ways. If I select the node/way creation tool and click on nodes 
1, 2 and then 3, 2 ways are created (nodes 1-2 and nodes 2-3). Also 
happens the other way round if 2/3 are shared with other ways.
