No, I don't think so. Should be pretty easy to commit one though.

Sounds very cool.
If you want to write to two databases on two different servers, you
could perhaps put an AMF script on Freemap (like amf_controller.rb -
I've got a PHP version if you want one), then open two different AMF
connections in Potlatch, and just send messages to the appropriate one.
