[OSM-talk] parades?

Is there a standard way to handle a parade of shops (a stretch of 10 or 
so shops in a residential area in UK towns, typically built between 
1930-1960s, often with a name)? Abutters is one possibility but I just 
read it is deprecated, and anyway it doesn't seem appropriate to give 
names to abutters. And it's not really 'landuse', the overall landuse is 
residential.

The wiki search doesn't return anything for 'parade'.
