[OSM-talk] osmarender SVG in .Net

ok, I think I'll focus on that route for now, I can probably do what I 
need through commands so I don't need to go near any java (not my thing)

SharpVectors seems to be a dead project, along with SvgNet, everyone 
seems to be waiting for MS to come up with something themselves.
