Are there any other shortcut keys to get the middle-button menu?
My laptop only has two mouse buttons, and although I can configure a "hot
zone" on the touch pad to replicate one, it'll only click it, not click and
hold, which means I have to do some funky keyboard gymnastics to make the
popup sticky. :-(
