Which means it's a _really_ _great_ _idea_ for people to start work on
'waying' unwayed segments right now, making use of the tools designed
to do this.

To do this:

- in JOSM: use the TWays plugin
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/JOSM/Plugins/tways) - or do
it manually, of course

- in Potlatch: enable unwayed segment display (on the prefs), then
move to a corner on the pink lines, and press 'U'

And if any developers are feeling really helpful, it'd be good to have
an overview map of unwayed segments across the world (whether a whole
new Maplint-style layer or just a small number of static PNGs), so we
know where to concentrate our efforts.

cheers
Richard
