But this is _entirely_ how crowd-sourcing works. If you apply a  
sufficient number of people to the job, the job gets done. If our  
tools are good enough, and we're getting there, the first person to  
spot that Bloggs Close is missing will add it.

Again, think Wikipedia. They didn't take a big dump from Britannica  
and start checking off which articles they'd written. They just got on  
with writing an encyclopaedia.

Sure, there are things we could do to ease our way towards  
completeness. For example, we could agree a standard for marking "here  
be dragons" - i.e. I stopped mapping here, this bit hasn't been  
surveyed, someone else needs to go and survey it. We could improve the  
"social mapping" side of the site so you can communicate with other  
nearby mappers more easily. But we don't need to dance with lawyers to  
do that.
