Several of the routes I have in mind don't map back to a street. For 
example,

- it's possible to get from Gorsebrook Avenue to Robie Street if you 
aren't in a car, but I wouldn't want to hint to car drivers it was usable, 
and it's certainly not official as it involves riding around some 
bollards.

I always thought the data should be as pure as possible, but no purer. As 
such, I'm leery about putting in accessways that I know are legally 
questionable and are definitely not official. I'd be interested to know 
what other people think, though.

Perhaps "lcn" for "local" cycling networks that aren't officially 
sanctioned and are outside London?
