[OSM-talk] rendering boundaries

We should also decide which tags to use. Wiki says to use boundary=national
for nation borders but in Sweden they use boundary=aministration
border_type=nation. Further there should be tags for city boundaries,
province boundaries and should be rendered differently for different
borders. I propose to use the Swedish way.
