[OSM-talk] 0.4->0.5 conversion: areas with holes

  I'm not a developer, and been madly busy with the start of term at
  work, so this is the first time I've read this.  The wiki page
  mentions a couple of times areas-with-holes, that the existing way
  of doing these will not work and proposing a new method using
  relations.  Will the conversion scripts create these relations
  automatically, or is it something that will need to happen manually
