[OSM-talk] Unwayed segments - action required now

Not sure but my initial list had only the top-100 tiles so if the one  
at position 100 was not below 300, then there may have been any  
number of other tiles with 300+ unwayed segs just not shown... the  
current list has top-250 so maybe that just skews the first impression.

Unlikely (due to the peculiar method I used in creating the current  
list, new unwayed sements would only feature if they were using old  
nodes - for example if someone had deleted a way somewhere and kept  
the segments).
