[OSM-talk] Unwayed segments - action required now

There appears to be quite a few that were created as a failed tiger 
upload in Skagit Co., Washington - these are mainly duplicates of wayed 
segments.

Would it be possible to remove these in an automated fashion?  That is, 
remove any unwayed segments that are duplicates of wayed segments in a 
given bounding box?
