[OSM-talk] Highways with surface=unpaved; highway=secondary_link

On a related note, I have wondered what the tagging should be for the little
connecting bits of road at the end of some residential streets, in some cases
these are significant enough to change the flow of traffic - i.e the road splits
in two one-ways very briefly and connects in slightly different places.

I have just been tagging these as residential - but haven't been 100% happy
with this.
