[OSM-talk] script for bulk upload of traces (from waypoints.ph)

Hi,

The maintainer of www.waypoints.ph asked me this:

> Is there a way one can upload traces under other names or if there are automatic scripts that can accept

They have collected a lot of tarcks and waypoints for the Philippines
and wnats them contributed to OSM.  What he wants is to automatically
upload the traces in their database and have it "credited" to the name
of the contributor.

Any ideas?
