[OSM-talk] script for bulk upload of traces (from waypoints.ph)

I have written this in Perl:
http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/utils/gps-tracks/gpx-batch-upload/

It uploads the GPX traces onto OSM doing a login with password. 
We can accomodate it to get the GPX other than from a PostGIS 
database.
