it is focused on Spain because most people are from Spain, but most
topics are related to "how to do this or that", apart from some
organization which, in some cases, might also be good for other Spanish
speaking countries.

Of course, if you still want the -ar list, go ahead, but I'm sure
non-Spain-related topics are allowed in talk-es
