[OSM-talk] xybot doing "clean-up" again

Hi,

I've just seen the xybot doing edits in Metro Manila and adjacent
areas in the Philippines.  This bot has been discussed before:

I haven't received any announcement that he will do "clean-up" again.
It's not even discussed as a matter of courtesy:

I'm currently scanning xybot's edits.  Please have a look at your
areas and check if there are mistakes in xybot's "clean-up"
