[OSM-talk] Announcement: Second City, Birmingham, and its surrounds completed

Excellent work! Congratulations to those involved!

Hope my partial completeness of some bits hasn't confused anyone. 
Noticed a cul-de-sac missing which I'll report of OpenStreetBugs.

I suppose that's the next stage: getting people to reports errors and 
improving upon what's there.

Looking forward to seeing what comes of this!
