[OSM-talk] [tagging] RFC open - new key - narrows=yes

Even with [tagging] in the subject line, I think it would of been good when
sending loads of related tags in one day to do 'RFC open - many waterway
tags'. List them all in the e-mail or even create a wiki page listing all
the proposed waterway tags.
I expect people who are interested in one will be interested in all, or
people who aren't interested in any would like to avoid selecting all
messages to delete.

Oh well, I understand this is a once-off to have so many related tags at
once, my comment could be taken for when voting opens.
