Well, I did post a single message a few weeks ago, although I didn't 
list them all.

The reason I did each one as a separate message is that I got an email 
from another OSMer telling me that this was the way to do things.

I suspect that voting might open at different times for different 
proposals, but I'll bear this in mind. Thanks :-)
