[OSM-talk] [OSM-dev] Trouble in Rangoon

The Oct 31, Jan 02 and Jan 23 are there now, between the last two theres a ~300 byte difference (looks like a few new 
nodes and a few moved around). The Oct 31 wasn't much smaller either, only about 8kb difference.
