I wouldn't mind having this data for the area I cover, if it were not
directly imported (converted to the actual roads in OSM). If the data is
not really precise, it would help to have it, for instance, as GPX
tracklogs, so that mappers could use them for their areas.
For uncovered areas, I guess it is ok to directly import it.
