I'm using Boost.Build.v2 and VC++ express for all win32 builds I had
to modify osm2pgsql i.e. getopts was missing on win32 etc etc
Also, I had to compile most of dependencies (geos, libxml, ??) from
source to ensure they are linked to correct runtimes.
My plan is to commit changes + Jamfiles to main osm svn at some point
but I'm short of time at the moment.
