Well, it depends. What format are you using for the data?

Use this mailing list for general discussions, and the dev@ mailing list for 
more technical things (like format conversions).

Putting that data in a OSM-friendly format should be easy. Please have a look 
at the wiki page on the OSM API (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/API) 
Or get JOSM, and have a look at the format of the saved files. Or just 
publish the WPs in GPX format and somebody here will take the work of 
converting and uploading the data.
