Look here:
http://www.migratingcoconuts.com/pub/images/turn_restriction_editor.jpg The
ones that are in red are because one of the ways is marked as oneway, so
those turn restrictions are implied and don't need to be made explicit. As
you can see by the scrollbars, there are more possibilities that wouldn't
fit in the dialog.
