That may well be useful and/or annoying :-) TBH when you're talking
mass deletes your problem isn't Potlatch, which only lets you delete
one thing at once, it's JOSM and raw API users selecting everything,
pushing delete and uploading. Anyway, this wasn't the problem in this
case, and I doubt Potlatch was even used. It wasn't an accident either
so a warning wouldn't have helped.
