[OSM-talk] [ANN] start osm japan site

Hi,

I just started osm japan site for promoting and introducing OSM
in local language, Japanese.
 It is inspired from osm nederland site.
You can reach it from http://www.openstreetmap.jp/

There are only a few contents now but I ask visitors to contribute
the site and OSM wiki.

There is no mail list set up but I wander whether
we can use talk-ja at osm ML for Japanese. Can I?
