[OSM-talk] [tagging] Road crossings proposal - status?

if you announce it as an rfc and then update it's status, that should
be enough. the mere fact you've asked here means anyone interested
will go and have a look and add theur comments

don't worry too much about being completely formal over the procedures
- the discussion tends to de-generate into a mess anyway. the biggest
problem is proposals that get started and then go nowhere because
people lose interest; then the proposed_features page becomes an
overwhelming un-navigable mess

discussing on the list i guess counts as an rfc, but it does make that
discussion hard to find and link to the proposal itself. maybe you
could move the key points to the proposal page? or just ignore them
and start again....
