Greenfield and brownfield are terms used in the UK planning process.
If you don't think that brownfield and greenfield are good tags then
don't use them.

Personally I don't find the name right of way generally only applies
to footpaths, and in Scotland you are able to cycle on most right of
ways legally due to the access legislation. A lot of paths that
previously banned cycling had to have the no cycling signs removed.
Highways like motorways or roads are not a right of way in my book.
