[OSM-talk] Using relations to indicate No Right Turn

I was just cleaning up some of the areas I mapped a while ago, and 
thought I'd put in my first relation to indicate a no right turn at an 
uncontrolled T intersection. So I read the bit on Turn relations in the 
Wiki, and part of it makes sense (create the relation as a restriction 
relation, and specify it as a no_right_turn type), but I don't 
understand how I add the from, to and via ways correctly to the 
relation. All the things I tried, road wierdness ensued...

Has anybody got a clue on how this is supposed to work? I'm a potlatch 
boy, so I'm doing all this in potlatch, not JOSM.
