[OSM-talk] Using relations to indicate No Right Turn

It shoud go:

- select the "from" road
- create the new relation with all the basic tags
- the restriction appears on the tag panel: write "from" in the space provided
- select the "via" node
- click the Add to Relation button and select the relation you just
created from the box (if you don't deselect the way in between it will
have a negative number)
- the restriction should appear on the tag panel: write "via" in the space
- select the "to" road
- repeat as above, but writing "to" (the relation will have changed to
have a positive number by now)
- deselect the way to save it

You should see a blueish halo around the roads that were added to the
restriction, and going back to those roads and selecting them, you
should see the restriction with the appropriate role written in the
tag panel. If you hover your mouse over the relation in the tag panel
you should see the ways that are part of the restriction highlight in
orange
